Delete your account

How

• On this website: sign in, open Delete my account, and confirm with your password.
• In the app: the Account tab, then Delete my account.
• Cannot sign in? Email cowtownsoccer@gmail.com from the address on your account, or call 817-366-0793, and say whose account it is.

What goes

Your name, email, phone, date of birth, emergency contact, your sign-in, and the phones the app is signed in on. A parent can include the records of children who have no sign-in of their own.

What stays

Payment and registration records the league must keep, with no name on them, and signed waivers as they were signed.

When

Within 30 days of asking. You are signed out everywhere the moment you ask, and we email you when it is done.
